The Seven Mile Bridge run is an annual race held in the Florida Keys organized by the Marathon Runners Club (a non-profit organization). The race is run as a benefit for youth activities in Marathon, Florida. The event was started in 1982 as part of the dedication festivities for the dedication of the new 7 Mile Bridge. The 7 Mile Bridge Run is one of only a few races that takes place entirely over water.  Each year more than 3000 applications are received with only the first 1500 being accepted due to safety restrictions.  This year, we had 10 entries donated for auction, giving those that want to ensure their entry into this great race. Location – The 7 Mile Bridge, Marathon, Florida Keys, a unique race over water! Course – Race begins at the east end of the bridge (Knight’s Key), and ends at the west end (Little Duck Key). Distance – 6.8 mile. NO CRANK WHEELCHAIRS, ROLLER BLADES, ROLLERSKATES, SKATE BOARDS, BIKES, BABY STROLLERS OR PETS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE. If you have questions, please ask before bidding. Important Information – The auction winners MUST pay within 2 days.  All runner information must be received within 2 days of auction ending.  Only PayPal payments will be accepted.  Once payment is received, we will get your race information over the phone or via email.  At this point, once your race info is received, your entry is NOT TRANSFERABLE.  We will send you an application so you have all applicable information and you’ll need to sign the application at the time of packet pickup.
